1Definitions & Interpretation

The words and terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The 4r77 website (4r77.lat) and all services under it.
• "User" / "You" — Any person registered on or visiting the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile created through registration.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or credit offered by 4r77.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.
• "Payment Method" — The four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Use of the singular shall also apply to the plural, and any gendered term includes all genders.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

Only those who meet the following conditions are permitted to use the 4r77 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and with full mental capacity.
• Online betting is not legally restricted in your area.
• You own a valid and active payment method.
• You do not have any previously banned account on 4r77.

3Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

When creating an account on 4r77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your user ID and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Full responsibility for any activity on the account lies with the account holder.

3.3 Identity Verification

4r77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If documents are requested for verification (national ID, passport, etc.), they must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

3.4 Account Suspension & Closure

In the event of a breach of these terms, 4r77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

4Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits on 4r77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. If the information provided at the time of deposit is incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled. Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Funds will be paid out via the verified payment method used.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in any foreign currency are not available.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on 4r77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 4r77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus eligibility may vary for specific games or betting markets.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 4r77 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. VIP benefit terms are subject to change.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4r77 platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or algorithms.
• Operating multiple accounts or betting on behalf of a third party.
• Hacking or using fraudulent technology on the platform's systems or software.
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Promoting illegal goods or services through the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, 4r77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, seize the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All bets and games on 4r77 are conducted in accordance with fair play policies. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 4r77 will provide an appropriate resolution.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Various markets are available in the cricket betting section, such as match winner, total runs, wicket markets, and more. Please read the applicable rules carefully before placing a bet. 4r77's defined policy will apply in cases of cancelled matches or abandoned innings.

7.3 Slots & Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games are powered by technology from various software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.). The rules specific to each game can be found within that game's interface.

7.4 Technical Issues

4r77 will not be held responsible for losses arising from disconnection or other technical issues. However, if a server-side error is identified, 4r77 will endeavour to provide a reasonable resolution.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Responsible Gaming

• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently a risk-based activity.

4r77 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Prior to closure, any outstanding bets will be settled and withdrawable balances returned, though this may not apply in cases of a breach of these terms.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
